One of my favorites of the year.

2019 has been filled with all the things — pain, beauty, rebirth. At some point, I decided joy would be my focus; my word of the year. Joy is freely given in many ways, most easily through the people in our lives, but it can also be cultivated. Learning how to love myself has been part of my journey to joy. Thank you for taking a glimpse.
